Ads & follow-up ads
Create ads, test who sees them, and reach people who have already shown interest. Then improve the ads based on what brings inquiries.
I’ll work on your ads, website, content, and follow-up together, with hands-on help each month.
I’m choosing one clinic to work with closely. First, see what I built for N.A.E.T. Then, apply to have me take over your marketing.
A personal note

Dear clinic owner,
I worked closely with The N.A.E.T. Clinic for a long time. I’ve worked with ads, websites, and follow-up since 2016. So this clinic was a chance to bring those skills together.
We improved the website and the steps from a service page to an inquiry. We also ran ads, including ads for people who had already shown interest. Alongside that, we made videos that explained the care and shared real patient stories. We built a free guide with Facebook and website signup forms, too.
I also set up GoHighLevel to keep contacts and follow-up in one place. It handled emails and texts, while an AI chatbot answered website questions. We added ways to ask patients for feedback and referrals, too. We also created the Elite Program: the same treatment packaged as a five-figure offer for families from abroad.
Over time, the contact list grew to tens of thousands of qualified leads who filled in forms and answered questions. That took steady work on both the marketing and the tools behind it.
Now I’m looking for one clinic to work with closely. First, we’ll agree what needs attention each month. Then I’ll build, run, and improve the marketing. Your team will give me access, approve the work, and check the details about patient care.
If that’s the support your clinic needs, I’d like to hear about it.

What’s covered each month
First, we choose what needs attention. Then the pages, content, and campaigns take shape, with clear steps toward an appointment. Here’s what that can include.
Create ads, test who sees them, and reach people who have already shown interest. Then improve the ads based on what brings inquiries.
Build service pages, ad pages, free guides, and forms. Make the next step toward an inquiry or booking clear, too.
Make content that explains your care and help collect patient stories. Then use the approved content on your website and in ads.
Keep contacts in one place. Also set up emails, texts, and reminders so staff can follow up.
Answer website questions, send follow-up messages, and alert staff. That way, your team has less to chase by hand.
Explain your services and build clear offers. Also set up ways to ask for feedback and referrals.
We agree what to work on each month based on your clinic’s needs.

We rebuilt the website, ads, video campaigns, and GoHighLevel follow-up together.

Service pages & signup forms
We improved the steps from service pages to inquiries. We also built a free guide and signup forms on Facebook and the website. These forms asked questions to help check whether a family was a fit. Follow-up ads then brought interested families back to take the next step.
The clinic’s contact list grew to tens of thousands of leads who filled in forms and answered questions about their needs. After that, emails, texts, and chatbots kept in touch beyond the first inquiry.
Video content & patient stories
Look at the number of likes, comments, and shares. These viral ads brought us lots of qualified traffic.

CRM, AI & follow-up
GoHighLevel kept contacts, messages, and bookings in one place. Email and text follow-up, reminders, and an AI chatbot then helped keep in touch. Staff could see past chats, notes, and bookings together. We also added ways to ask for feedback and referrals.
As a result, staff had clear follow-up steps and knew when to take over. The original case reported a 68% appointment show rate after follow-up improved.
These results come from the original clinic case. The work shown took place over the full time we worked together.

More work

Amazon and Shopify launch work helped bring the store to market. Paid ads and sales emails also shared the offer.

Printed handouts and class ads led people to signup pages. Emails then shared private coffee releases with the list.
Workflow overview
Client records, a team portal, documents, signatures, and payments came together in one system. Tasks also passed to the next person automatically.
My guarantee
If I miss or need to fix a piece of agreed monthly work for reasons within my control, I’ll keep working until it’s done or put right.
This covers the agreed monthly work. Your clinic needs to give me access and approvals on time.
A few practical questions
First, we agree what your clinic needs. The work can cover ads, service pages, content, contact management, emails, texts, chatbots, and follow-up. That plan then guides the hands-on work each month.
Yes. You give me access, approve the plan and content, and make the clinic decisions. The marketing work is then handled for you. Patient stories and details about care also need your approval before use.
Hands-on work. Your monthly plan includes building pages, content, campaigns, and tools for routine tasks. What’s running is then managed and improved.
First, we’ll talk about your needs. Then we’ll agree the monthly work and fee before you decide to work with me.
It covers the work we agree in the monthly plan. If I miss or need to fix that work for reasons within my control, I’ll keep working at no extra fee until it’s put right. Your clinic also needs to give me access and approvals on time.
First comes a review of your clinic and what needs to change. If it looks like a fit, we’ll talk about the work and budget. Then we’ll decide whether to work together. There’s one clinic place.
Let’s work together
Tell me about your clinic and the problem you want solved. Then, if it looks like a fit, we’ll talk about the work, advertising budget, and next step.
